The Torres House

With 3 daughters, this family was stretching their 3 Bed / 2 Bath ranch home to the limits. They wanted to add a 2nd story for the girls and gain a Guest Room and Office downstairs. Also included was the desire to remodel and open up the Kitchen to a new Family Room with a Banquette added where the Laundry had been originally. The small Dining Room became a Mud Room and Butler’s Pantry and the Dining took the place of the under-used Formal Living Room. Now they have plenty of room to spread out and all the new spaces are well-used and comfortable.

-We recently used Shea for an extensive renovation, including adding a second story to our 1950's ranch. We spoke with her about our needs and wants and she was truly able to accomplish everything we had asked for while keeping with the feel of our already established neighborhood.
