The Priester House

The clients had a 2 Bed / 1 Bath house and a new baby. They were feeling their space shrink, and wanted to add a Master Suite on the back of the house. We worked on a layout that moved the Washer/Dryer out of the Kitchen and into its own space in the addition as well. A nice, large Master Suite addition allowed them to maintain an Office / Guest Room in addition to the baby’s room.

-My husband and I had an idea in mind for what we wanted in a laundry room and master suite addition. I met with Shea, and was met immediately with warmth, knowledge, and professionalism. She took measurements and pictures of the interior and exterior of our house, then drew a few rough sketches to show me what the roof elevation would look like, which was great because I had a hard time envisioning how that would work. She sent three different drawings and detailed explanations so that my husband and I could make the best decision. We chose our layout, and gave them to our contractor. As we began to watch the construction take place, it was fabulous to watch Shea's drawings come to life. We are now enjoying our addition, and would reach out to Shea again for another project. I highly recommend this talented and reasonable individual for any project!
