The Arundel House

Originally a 3 Bed / 2 Bath ranch, the client wanted to add a 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, a Bath and Loft upstairs, and use 2 of the downstairs bedrooms to make a large Master Suite.  The Kitchen and Dining swapped locations for a more open and functional space, and the Laundry was relocated to make room for the stairs.  In the end, we were left with a 4 Bed / 3 Bath 1½ story house with a better and more open public space flow and an appealing elevation that still fits nicely in the neighborhood.
